How do I know that you have received my order?
After you have ordered you will receive an e-mail from us confirming your order. In this e-mail you will find an overview of your order amount, the items you have ordered, your name, the shipping address and the payment instructions.
My payment has not been processed on my status overview?
Processing a payment can take several days. This is because the bank usually needs a few days to process the transfer of the money.
