What are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are stated in your shopping basket.
Do I pay more shipping costs if I order multiple products?
No, the shipping costs remain the same, even if you order multiple products. You can always see how much shipping you pay in your shopping basket.
How long will it take to receive my order?
When we receive your payment, your order will be sent within two working days and usually the same working day. After this, it takes one working day before the package is offered by the delivery service.
Is the shipment discrete, what is on the package?
All our products are shipped in plain brown packaging. Discretion and your privacy are of the utmost importance to us all, here at our company. For your privacy, all orders are shipped in plain ordinary parcels with NO indication of the contents. The return address is labeled discreetly as Interslash.
Who delivers my products?
We use mainly DHL, UPS and TNT to ship the majority of our products.
Can I have my package delivered to another address?
Yes, when placing the order online you can indicate whether you want your package to be sent to another address
Tracking your Parcel
After completing your order online, you will be able to track the status of your shipment. If you provide an email address with your order, an invoice with tracking information will be emailed to you automatically.
Can I determine the delivery time of my package?
For exact conditions of your delivery, it is best to contact your delivery partner
Is it possible to pick up my order from your store?
No, that is not possible because we are an online store.
My order is not delivered yet. Now what?
If you order from us you will be assigned a code that allows you to view the current status of your order on the internet. For example, you can see if we have already received your payment and if we have already sent your order. You will receive the tracking number with which you can trace your package on the website of your delivery partner.
